They helped me understand so much about my bike, what the outlook will be long-term, some bike anatomy, as well as some opportunities to get started with being more outdoors in the Vancouver community. We've taken our bikes in a few times now, and we're always happy with the results. Pricing is fair, and they only do service work that makes sense - no up-selling. When one adjustment didn't feel quite right, I took the bike back and they immediately tweaked it for me at no additional cost. Would definitely recommend.

I've never come away from here feeling anything but very happy with the service. The staff are knowledgable, engaging and friendly. And hey, they gave me a surprize discount form being a long-time customers!! Love these Folks!

Great place, helpful knowledgeable staff, and I like that they keep track of previous work done on my bike. The advance booking system works well, service is completed efficiently. Definitely recommend.
