We've taken our bikes in a few times now, and we're always happy with the results. Pricing is fair, and they only do service work that makes sense - no up-selling. When one adjustment didn't feel quite right, I took the bike back and they immediately tweaked it for me at no additional cost. Would definitely recommend.
